Data Deletion

To request deletion of data processed through Automay, email us at support@automay.in with:

• Your business name
• The WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account connected to Automay (if applicable)
• Confirmation of what you'd like deleted

We process deletion requests within 7 business days.

If you close your Automay account entirely, we delete your account data from our database within 30 days of closure, except where retention is required by law.

Deleting your data from Automay does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, or Instagram account — those remain under your control and are managed through Meta Business Suite directly.
