Automay provides tools to manage WhatsApp Business messaging, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger: contacts, templates, campaigns, inbox conversations, and related automation, for businesses that connect their own Meta accounts.

Your Meta accounts

You retain ownership and control of your Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), WhatsApp phone number, Facebook Page, and Instagram account. Meta's usage charges for WhatsApp messaging are separate from your Automay subscription — where applicable, you pay Meta directly.

What Automay provides

Subhtsi Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by Surendra Prasad Garikipati, provides the Automay software only. We do not bill for Meta message usage and do not own or control your WABA, Page, or Instagram account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Automay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Meta's own Business Messaging Policy. You must not use Automay to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's platform terms.

Billing

Subscription fees for Automay are billed separately from any Meta messaging usage charges. Details are provided at signup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subhtsi Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by Surendra Prasad Garikipati, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Automay.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Automay if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated date.
