Subhtsi Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by Surendra Prasad Garikipati ("Subhtsi", "we", "us") operates Automay, a multi-tenant business messaging platform available at app.automay.in.

What data we collect

When you use Automay to manage WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger conversations, we process:

  • Messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp Business Account, Instagram account, or Facebook Page
  • Contact information (names, phone numbers, profile data) shared by your customers through these channels
  • Message templates, campaign data, and automation rules you create
  • Account credentials (encrypted) needed to connect to Meta's APIs on your behalf

How we use it

Data is used solely to provide Automay to you: displaying your inbox, sending your campaigns, running your automation rules, and generating your reports. We do not sell Meta Platform Data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating Automay for your business.

Message retention

Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) retains message data on its own servers for a maximum of 30 days to support delivery and retransmission, as described in Meta's own data handling policies.

Separately, Automay retains a copy of messages, contacts, and conversation history in our own database for as long as your account remains active, so your team can access conversation history and reporting. If you close your Automay account, we delete this data within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

Data storage and security

Data is stored on secured infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials (Meta access tokens, System User tokens).

Your Meta accounts

You retain full ownership of your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, and Instagram account. Automay does not own or control these accounts — we provide software that connects to them with your authorization.
